What is A Private Cannabis Club?
A cannabis private cannabis club is:
- “A grow club is a socialized system of cannabis cultivation in terms of which the club rents out private space to the members by means of a sublease, wherein the members grow their own cannabis for personal consumption, while employing the club as professional horticulturalists to attend to the cultivation of said plants … and that such conduct in relation to a Grow Club Model is lawful and consistent with the Judgment in the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development and Others v Prince; and Others [2018] ZACC 30, of 18 September 2018, in which the possession, use and cultivation of cannabis for personal consumption by adults, in private, was decriminalized”.

We sign up a SLA with the amazing craft cannabis growers, of our choice, with the member s that need cannabis services for the needs. Private growers – for private users.
What kind of strains of cannabis are grown by Cannahealth Social?
As a member, you entrust us with your needs, to have a good flower, edible, pre-roll, etc. at hand from our stock of stored strains. This means we cater for all kinds of needs, that this plant can produce. We have specifically bred cannabis that is hybrid 1:1 ratio, to high CBD strains bred for purpose and intention and then we have great strain with balanced terpenes and unique in nature. We are constantly looking and breeding with strains to find that perfect fit, for whatever time of day you find yourself in.
How do I know where my cannabis is being grown?
Upon confirming your membership, you will be informed via email and/or WhatsApp about the members Designated Growing Area where their cannabis will be cultivated.
What happens after the members cannabis is grown?
Once our Independent Cultivator has completed the drying, trimming, and curing of your plant, it will be uploaded to the members portal, where you can pull from, according to your needs for the month.
What is the quality assurance for the services provided by Cannahealth Social?

Absolutely! Cannahealth Social provides regular updates via email, photos, and videos about the lifecycle of our members plant or the designated area it occupies. We will have a blog post on the site for all future shared info on what we doing and thinking about our members club.
How does Cannahealth Social handle billing and invoices?
We issue detailed and timely invoices when you pull from the members area, making it easy for you to track your expenses and understand the charges.
What standards does Cannahealth Social follow in its operations?
We adhere to strict internal standards and principles, GAP as well as all industry regulations, ensuring that our practices are lawful, ethical, and organic.
What happens if the expected yield of cannabis is not met?
While we aim to meet the minimum expected yield, it’s important to understand that this yield is an estimate and not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, like unforeseen electricity disruptions or extreme weather conditions might affect the final yield. However, we ensure transparency and keep you updated on these aspects. You agree to hold Cannahealth Social harmless should the yield fall below the expected minimum.
